Preview & Revision POLICY
We understand that sometimes you may have something specific in mind as well as expectations that we may not always meet. Thus, we offer TWO revisions for free. Any additional revision will incur $30 fee per revision.
Prints: We will email a preview of your artwork prior to printing. You will have 3 days to either send us your revision request or approve it for printing. If 3 days go by and we do not hear from you, we will consider it approved and will proceed with printing. After that, we will not be able to make any changes to your order.
Kindly note that it is your responsibility to check your emails carefully. If you believe you have not heard from us within 3 days of placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Digital: Once we email your digital order, you will have 30 days to request a revision.
