Due to the customised nature of all of the products we produce at Pawtrait Studio & Prints, we cannot offer returns or refunds. Your artwork is designed with care and is entirely personal to you and your pet. If you are not 100% happy with the artwork proof that is emailed to you after purchasing, we can send through a full refund, no questions asked. However, once the artwork is approved and printed, we cannot provide a refund. We also can't provide refunds for gift vouchers.
Damaged Item
