For digital only, the current processing time is 3-5 business days
All orders generally take 5-7 days to be created and shipped. This can increase slightly during festive & sales periods. Transit time vary by country. The expected delivery of your order is around 2-3 weeks.
Important Note: If there is an issue with your order (e.g. new pet photo needed), this understandably will extend your production time that will result to a delay on the final delivery.
We also send all customers an artwork proof and ask for your approval before printing, we wanted to make sure that you are 100%. The faster you approve, the quicker we can ship! We allow a maximum of 72hrs for customer artwork approval. If we do not hear from you in 72 hours, we will auto-approve and print your order.
All orders are shipped with tracking and you will receive your tracking number by email as soon as it's available.
