Thank you for reaching out! As mentioned on our website, we replicate the photo you provide to create your custom pet portrait. Using a new photo would mean starting the process from scratch, which unfortunately renders the original two-hour work non-usable.
As promised, I’m happy to make revisions to the existing portrait. However, if you’d prefer to proceed with a completely new photo, there will be a small reworking fee of $39 to cover the additional time and effort.
Could you please confirm if you’d like a revision based on the current portrait or a new one created from scratch? If you choose the latter, I’ll send an invoice for the reworking fee.
